Mrs Brooker is our Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA). Her role in school is to help children with their emotional and social needs. She works across the whole school, where needed, right from reception to Y6. 

It's Mrs Brooker's job to: 

• Help children feel happy in school and at home
• Help children understand their emotions and respect the feelings of others
• Help children develop social skills and make friends
• Help children learn to cope with challenges and reach their potential

We take the emotional needs of our children very seriously and having an ELSA on staff really helps to help children build positive relationships and cope with challenges and develop the skills they need to succeed academically and in life.
